Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard has made a name for himself in the rap sphere by releasing two studio albums and a handful of singles, and collaborating with big names like Jamie Foxx and Lil Wayne. When asked if he would consider himself the best rapper in the NBA, Lillard said “I would,” in a video posted by TMZ Sports.
When asked about any rivals Lillard says, “I don’t do it to compete with other basketball players. It’s just like an artist. I’m an artist.”
Lillard it appears is getting ready for a new batch of music, with him asking for studios in Portland and teasing new sounds on his Instagram:
