TWO of the region’s fastest rising stars have shone at the recent North West Tennis Championships. Gunnedah’s Aaron Osmond and Tamworth’s Danielle Bishop were two of the youngest competitors at the annual event and both took home top honours. Osmond flexed his muscle on the way to taking out the men’s singles title, while Bishop outlasted the region’s best to claim the women’s championship. The two were not finished collecting silverware, as they then teamed up to add the mixed doubles trophy to their list of accomplishments.
