Pavard to the Premier League
According to Italian outlet Calcio Mercato, Liverpool and Tottenham are both eyeing a move for Stuttgart and France defender, Benjamin Pavard.
Pavard began his career in France with LOSC Lille for whom he made 25 appearances.
The Frenchman would then be signed by Bundesliga outfit Stuttgart in August of 2016 for a fee of around £4.3 million.
The 22-year-old has since gone on to make 70 appearances for Stuttgart, in which he has scored two and assisted two.
Pavard is naturally a central defender, however, he can also play as a right-back.
Pavard was also a key member of the France squad that won the World Cup.

Alderweireld replacement?
Pavard is also said to be wanted by both Napoli and Bayern Munich. He also has a reported release clause of 35 million Euros.
However, as Tottenham did not sign a single player in the summer window, they may be willing to splash the cash on the young defender.
Pavard could also be a good replacement for Tottenham centre-back, Toby Alderweireld.
Alderweireld was linked with a move away from Spurs to Manchester United over the summer and now those rumours have begun to re-emerge with Ladbrokes making United favourites to sign the Belgian.
Mauricio Pochettino also seems to be keen to play Juan Foyth in the centre of defence. This could lead to the 29-year-old moving in order to have a more regular starting spot.
This would leave Spurs a centre-back short and the young Pavard would be a great replacement for him.
