The TV broadcast schedule for the 2019 NASCAR Cup Series season has been released. When will each of the season’s races be broadcast?
The 2019 NASCAR Cup Series season, which is made up of the same 36 races in the same order that they took place throughout the 2018 season, is scheduled to begin in roughly two months with the Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway in mid-February.
The season is scheduled to last for nine months, as the season finale, the Ford EcoBoost 400, at Homestead-Miami Speedway is scheduled to take place in mid-November.
The TV broadcast schedule for all 36 races as well as the other non-points paying events on the 2019 schedule was revealed on Tuesday.
The 36 points-paying races are set to take place at a total of 23 venues and 24 different tracks. The one venue on the schedule that is set to host two races on two different tracks is Charlotte Motor Speedway, which is scheduled to host the Coca-Cola 600 on the oval on Sunday, May 28, 2019 and the Bank of America Roval 400 on the roval (road course and oval) in the round of 12 of the playoffs on Sunday, September 29, 2019.
The five notable non-points paying events on the 2019 schedule (aside of regular race qualifying) include Daytona 500 qualifying at Daytona International Speedway, the Advance Auto Parts Clash at Daytona International Speedway, the Can-Am Duels at Daytona International Speedway, the Monster Energy Open at the Charlotte Motor Speedway oval and the Monster Energy NASCAR All-Star Race at the Charlotte Motor Speedway oval.
