Tonight marks the second and final contest between New Jersey and Colorado in the 2018-19 regular season. The Devils fell the Avalanche, 5-3 on Oct. 18 at Prudential Center.
Taylor Hall (1G-2A) led New Jersey in scoring in the first contest with three points. Nico Hischier recorded a tuck and an assist in the evening contest, while Andy Greene, Travis Zajac, and Kyle Palmieri all picked up helpers.
Miiko Rantanen (1G-3A) leads Colorado in scoring with four points. Gabriel Landeskog (3G) recorded the first hat-trick against New Jersey in the 2018-19 regular season while Nathan Mackinnon picked up three helpers on the October night.
Phillip Grubauer started against the Devils in the October contest allowing three goals on 30 shots faced in the victory. Cory Schneider is a career 9-5-4 against Colorado, allowing 32 goals in 1126 minutes of action.
