Grading the free-agent hauls of all 32 NFL teams

A week has passed since the “legal tampering” period kicked off, which was two days before the official start of the 2019 NFL league year and free agency. Teams have made most of their moves and now things have settled down.

Though it’s possible there could be trades or teams thinking about signing another team’s restricted free agents, most of what will happen, up until the Draft, is the signing of remaining veterans to low-cost deals.

So how did the Denver Broncos do compared to everyone else? Let’s look at the Broncos first, then the other 31 teams to see who approached free agency similarly and who took alternative routes — and whether or not those routes were ideal.

We’ll look at players that teams re-signed, that they signed from other teams, and that they lost when those players signed elsewhere, whether they were unrestricted or street free agents.
