Players who purchase MLB The Show 19 can start downloading the title on Tuesday, March 26 at 12 a.m. EDT, this according to the official PlayStation store listing.

Of course, this means that those in the other U.S. time zones will be able to download and play MLB The Show 19 on Monday, March 25.
