The 25th Annual Director’s Youth Scholarship Outing will be held at Elbel Golf Course. Proceeds got to the Venues Parks & Arts Youth Scholarship Fund which provides opportunities for South Bend’s youngest residents to participate in programs and events. Cost is $100.
