The Red Wings announced Friday they have re-signed center Dylan Larkin to a five-year deal.
According to The Athletic, the deal is worth $6.1 million annually.

Larkin was taken 15th overall by the Red Wings in the 2014 NHL Draft. Since then he has averaged 19 goals and 28 assists a year.
He is coming off of a career year in which he had 16 goals and 47 assists for 63 points.
