NBA 2K League Expansion Lottery And Season 2 Draft Order Results

The new Atlanta Hawks organization joining the NBA 2K League for its second season got its first win on Friday.

Hawks Talon GC won the expansion lottery and will have the first pick in the Expansion Draft. All 17 teams from Season 1 were allowed to protect two players, leaving the other four from their roster available for the four new expansion teams.

Only one player can be selected from the original teams, but as many as two of the unprotected players can be brought back to their original team at the cost of picks in the traditional draft. Click here to see all of the offseason rules.

In serpentine fashion, Hawks Talon GC will select fourth in the second and final round of the expansion draft.
