Clinical Bangladesh take series with a comprehensive eight-wicket win with over ten overs to spare. They ended the game at 202/2 in 38.3 overs to take the series 2-1.

Tamim Iqbal led the way with a clinical unbeaten 81, offering barely any chances along the way, en route a 131-run stand with Soumya Sarkar, who departed for 80. Windies weren’t helped by the fact that their most experienced bowler in Kemar Roach had to leave the field with a hamstring injury just three overs after. Without much to chase down, Bangladesh cruised away to a win, leaving the visitors hapless.

Shai hope’s unbeaten century was overshadowed by the loss, but credit to the right-handed opener who batted through the innings while the other batsmen failed to so much so keep Hope company in the middle. He received a blow in the final over of the day which ruled him out of the second innings as Hetmyer kept wickets.

All in all, a clinical outing from Bangladesh saw them pull off another ODI series win. Thank you for your company. Do join us for the upcoming three-match T20I series.

Two sixes in a row from Sarkar brings up the century stand between him and Tamim. Bangladesh only need 50 to win.

Soumya Sarkar has a half-century too! The stand between him and Tamim is worth 91.

FIFTY FOR TAMIM! What a quality innings this from Tamim. Bangladesh cruising at the moment. He has added over 50 runs with Sarkar.

100 up for Bangladesh with a six from Soumya Sarkar

OUT: Das departs. Keemo Paul breaks the opening stand that was worth 45 runs. Holes out to Powell with a loose shot who takes an easy catch. Both teams are at the same score at this stage.

Bangladesh have made a steady start.

Bangladesh openers are in the middle. Here we go.

Windies finish with 198/9. Hope was spectacular once again. Batted through the innings to finish unbeaten on 108. Had almost no support at the other end. Proof of that being the next-best score of 19 from Marlon Samuels. Can WI defend this? Join us for the chase.

Hope isn’t feeling too well. Has called for the physio after feeling a bit dizzy. Three balls in the innings to go.

He does it in style! Back to back centuries for Hope! Gets there with a six!

ROACH DEPARTS: Given leg-before to Mashrafe. Windies one wicket away from being bowled out. Hope is unbeaten on 93. Will he get his century?

KEEMO PAUL FALLS! Mortaza strikes. Bowled him! The leg-stump is uprooted. The little partnership that fetched Windies 28 runs has ended.

ALLEN THROWS HIS WICKET AWAY: What’s with Windies’ batsmen throwing their wickets away? Another reckless shot from Allen. All the other batsman has to do is really just rotate the strike and keep Hope company! Allen departs attempting the big shot. Windies sink further.

SHAKIB STRIKES: Chase survives the stumping call, but throws it away soon after. Shakib strikes. Good catch from Sarkar at the boundary. Doesn’t get hold of it at all. Windies – 133/6.

Stumping being referred! This is so close. Nobody wants to be the third umpire in this instance. Commentators are divided in opinions. It’s against Chase – looks like his toe touches the ground, but it could be centimeters that make the difference.Benefit of the doubt goes to the batsman. Not out, it is.

A FOURTH FOR HASAN: Powell departs after nicking to the keeper. What a spell from Hasan it has been. Four wickets in 10 overs for 29 runs. However, there’s a bit of confusion in the middle. There were 6 fielders on the on-side, when only five are allowed. Brathwaite is in the middle having a chat with the umpires. Not sure what’s going on… Windies are not happy.

And another! It’s Hetmyer! Given out leg before! Had a long chat with Hope and decided not to review. Hasan with his third wicket. Even if he would’ve reviewed, the call would’ve remained with the umpire, as it was just clipping. Hetmyer departs for a duck!

FIFTY FOR SHAI HOPE! Has been a class innings from the right-hander. Has carried on from where he left off in the second ODI. Sublime!

BOWLED HIM! Samuels has to go after Mohammad Saifuddin has rattled his stumps! WI – 96/3.

And another! This one is off Mortaza to Hope. No bat, impact in line, but missing by a distance as it is going down leg. Not out remains but Bangladesh lose their review this time.

REVIEW! Loud shout for leg-before against Samuels, turned down by the umpire. Bangladesh review. Impact in line, everything right, but will remain with umpire’s call… just clipping leg with the offbreak. The hosts don’t lose their review.

OUT! Bravo departs! Mehidy wit the wicket again. Bravo tries to go for the big shot, but misses. The leg-stump is disturbed and Windies are two down for 57.

Hope is leading Windies here. Looks i sublime touch after that century the other night, and of course has confidence on his side.

This is Mortaza’s 200th ODI for Bangladesh.

Windies end the Powerplay at 45/1.

STRIKE ONE: Just as I say that, Hemraj falls to Mehidy Hasan. It’s a soft dismissal, this. Short and wide, Hemraj goes after it, and ends up looping it in the air to Mithun at backward point, who takes a good low catch.

Slow, but steady start for Windies here.

Windies openers are making their way to the middle.

TOSS: Bangladesh opt to bowl in the series-decider after winning the toss.

Hello and welcome to the series decider in Sylhet! It’s an early start today, with the game beginning at 12 pm local time.

Shai Hope’s brilliant century in the second ODI helped the visitors register their first win of the tour and level the three-match series at 1-1, which sets up a good game today. Bangladesh had kick-started Windies’ tour with a thumping win in the first Test here in Sylhet. Can they seal the ODI series here as well or will the Windies upset their plans and finish the series on a high? Stay tuned!
