Pulte Homes has requested approval to build 195 single-family homes on the Cypress Creek Country Club golf course west of Boynton Beach. This would continue the trend of struggling golf courses in South Florida being redeveloped. The Cypress Creek course is currently closed, and the development application says it suffered operating losses and a decline in revenue every year since 2007.
