Matt Duchene could be in a new uniform soon.
The Senators plan to move the 28-year-old center before the Feb. 25 trade deadline, according to a report from TSN. The Predators and Blue Jackets, amongst others, are interested in acquiring him, the report says.
Not surpringsly, word is that several teams from both conferences have shown interest with Ottawa on Duchene. Believe that Columbus and Nashville are among the many teams which have checked in with the Senators on him https://t.co/xxQWuNLvQT

Duchene ranks second on Ottawa with 27 goals and 29 assists in 49 games this season. He’s also tied for the team lead with five power-play scores.
Duchene was sent from the Avalanche to the Senators in a three-team trade in November 2017. He has tallied 228 goals over his 10 year-career and will become a free agent after the season.
The Senators have been one of the worst teams in the NHL this season and entered play Sunday in last place in the Atlantic Division.
